Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of all orders by us, are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. Please note any descriptions, diagrams or photographs contained in this website are only intended as a guide of the products available.
Sizes Measurements can be taken either in metric or imperial and, in the case of cut-off beds, the description of the cut-off (either left- or right-hand) should be as viewed from the top of the bed. Care should be taken with measurements as we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.
Delivery Orders will be despatched to all UK mainland destinations by Royal Mail (1st class recorded) within 14 days. Postage fees to other destinations are available on request. Urgent orders can be undertaken by special arrangements.
Returns Claims can only be settled once the faulty good have been returned, unused and the fault clearly identified. Please ensure that all faulty goods are returned in the original packaging and sent by recorded mail. Items are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be returned if these are inaccurate.
Payment Payments are by cheque with the order or Paypal. Cheques are subject to clearance before goods are despatched. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transaction and to charge bank charges on cheques that have to be re-presented.
